SMS and Voice Communications
By providing your phone number and submitting a funding application through our website, you consent to receive communications from FundedIn24 via SMS text messages and voice calls at the phone number provided. These communications may include:

- Document requests and funding confirmations
- One-time verification codes for identity and account security
- Promotional offers and marketing messages related to our funding services (with your prior express written consent)
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may opt out of marketing communications without affecting transactional messages related to your active application or funding agreement. Consent to receive SMS or voice communications is not a condition of obtaining funding.
Third-Party Services
We use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect to your bank account and retrieve financial data to evaluate your funding application. When you link your bank account through our application, Plaid may collect and access the following information:
- Bank account details (account name, type, and number)
- Account balances
- Transaction history
This data is used solely to evaluate your funding application and is not sold to third parties. Plaid's use of your information is governed by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
Communications Providers
We use third-party cloud communications platforms to deliver SMS text messages and voice calls. These providers may process your phone number and message content solely for the purpose of delivering communications on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our business (including Plaid for bank account verification), and as required by law.
