By accessing or using the Saber Payments website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

Saber Payments provides merchant cash advances, which constitute a purchase of future receivables. Our products are not loans. The terms of any funding agreement will be provided in a separate merchant agreement.

Eligibility

To be eligible for funding through Saber Payments, you must be a business owner operating in the United States, have been in business for at least 3 months, and process a minimum of $10,000 per month in credit card transactions.
