This policy describes how FundedIn24, operated by Circular Payments, retains and disposes of data collected through our services.
Application Data
Information submitted as part of a funding application (business details, owner information, contact details) is retained for the duration of the funding relationship and for a period thereafter as required by applicable regulatory obligations. Applications that do not result in funding are retained for up to 3 years for compliance and audit purposes.
Financial and Transaction Data
Bank account connection tokens (e.g., Plaid access tokens) are stored only during the active evaluation period of your application. Once the evaluation is complete, access tokens are revoked. Raw transaction data retrieved for underwriting purposes is not persisted after the analysis is complete — only aggregated metrics used in the funding decision are retained.
Communication Records
Records of communications (emails, SMS, phone calls) related to your application and funding relationship are retained in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@circularpayments.com. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain information. We will notify you if we are unable to fully comply with your request and explain the reasons.
Policy Review
This data retention policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance.
